Good sized room with nice bathroom, well experienced staff. Excellent, amazing location in the nice enough area.

Also, the location is favourable and excellent, minutes from a grand theater. The units are well-appointed, huge with a balcony, a great view and nice bathroom.

Particularly good and magnificent location, within easy walking distance of Peatonal Florida. Reasonably large room, a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet in the room.

It has good facilities and particularly good location in the second underground.

Clean and ideal place, extensive and outstanding breakfast with lots of options. A balcony and an electric kettle in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. The chic feel of the place and central location. For tea or coffee visit Pizzeria 

Friendly service, as the staff were affable and outstandingly accommodating. Our rooms were perfectly clean and huge with a walk-out balcony. The location was good and magnificent for walking around an arts theater.  

It's exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel at a good price. The staff is EXPERIENCED, the breakfast is extensive.

It is in magnificent location to Retiro, set not too far from the hotel. The breakfast is fine, satisfactory and the staff is friendly.

Great location for walking around the city's main attractions, with plenty of restaurants and theaters nearby. Helpful staff and clean rooms. Good for bigger groups of friends.

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaint.

Breakfast was okay.

The bathroom looked very nice, but if you took a closer look, there was a lot of hair. In the bathtub, even on the toilet. Moreover, the view from the hotel disillusioned me a little. It looked like third world, although the street was actually very nice.
