Really enjoyed the way our superior queen room was. Plus we had an electronic key card, a work desk, and a television with satellite channels...

It was in a particularly good and magnificent location with a grand theater nearby.

Ideal hotel, breakfast each day was outstanding and the location close to Busquebus terminal was stunning. There were comfy beds and central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV in the superior queen room. Location: the property was just off...  

Breakfast was okay.

The bathroom looked very nice, but if you took a closer look, there was a lot of hair. In the bathtub, even on the toilet. Moreover, the view from the hotel disillusioned me a little. It looked like third world, although the street was actually very nice.

The breakfast was mediocre and not very recommendable by today's European standards. But we have been filled.

Advice on what to do in Buenos Aires, where and how to find it, information on public transport was very limited. Help yourself is the best option.

Most of all staff can speak English even door boys and waitresses. It is very convenient for foreigners.They tryed to help all asking from customer.The hotel has nice swimming pool & sauna and fitness room. So we can get relaxed after...

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and spoke great English, a relief since I only had basic Spanish.

All staff was very kind. Many staff can speak English.

The flore of the room was not so clean. There is no light above the desk.

Location was good. The breakfast was good and offered lots of variety. The porter was very helpful and very good, quick service.

Very slow to check in and to check out. I arrived about 8pm after a long journey and had to wait more than half an hour to check in. I only gad a few hours in Buenis Aires and wasted nearly an hour getting into my room. They then gave me a smoking room which I had to change so that took up more time. Front desk not enough staff and too slow. The rooms are cheerless and basic in decor, look more like a low 3 star . The price is very expensive for what you get.

I loved having breakfast until 10:30, which was perfect since we often woke up late, and the bar staff were super friendly. The spa area was a nice little retreat, and I enjoyed spending time in the sauna after a long day. The only small downside was a bit of a wait at the reception during check-out, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

The spacious lounges and elegant decor of Pestana Buenos Aires. I appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions, which allowed me to explore without any hassle .

Improve the room service menu .

The cozy room offered splendid views, and we loved the relaxing hot-stone massage at the spa. The room service menu could use improvement. A good experience in a convenient location.
